I spent 5 years working on the Marketing Team at Coconut Software - a company that makes appointment scheduling software for financial institutions (SAAS Fintech Startup).
Project Overview
Creative direction and implementation for Coconut’s company retreat. My responsibilities included:
Creating a logo set, colours, and templates for what would become a reoccurring company wide event
Selecting and directing the photographer onsite
Coordinating with the external event team, the internal stakeholders, and swag vendor to choose swag items, create designs, stay on budget, and plan logistics
Choosing all onsite brand elements and locations to make the most of our budget
And designing assets like: the event website, transportation decals, awards, branded presentation template, balloons, banners, stage backdrop, table centre pieces, sweaters, bags, notebooks, and print collateral
